The much awaited ‘Magadheera’ has arrived. It has created huge expectations by the virtue of its posters, trailers and above all the music. Finally let us see if it has reached those expectations.

Story:
Harsha (Ram Charan) is a young man who earns money on bike races and bets. He loves such adventures on two wheelers. He happens to touch the hand of a young girl Indu (Kajal) accidentally and that ‘soul touch’ connects his present to the past.

What’s the past?
That’s 1609 AD when Kalabhaiarava (Ram Charan) was the warrior in Udaigarh who trains the soldiers. The Senadhipathi Randheer (Dev Gil) lusts on Yuvarani Mitravinda (Kajal) but the latter loves Kalabhirava. That results in a huge battle between Randheer and Kalabhairava which puts end for their lives. Sher Khan (Sri Hari), the Muslim invader witnesses the valor and love of Kalabhairava and salutes to him.

They take rebirth as Harsha and Indu. And many characters from the past also come to present with the soul connectivity. But where? What happens to them? How the past life matters for them in present life?

That has to be watched on big screen to experience the marvelous treat along with unleashing those queries.

Why do you have to specify Sher Khan as a “MUSLIM” invader when we all know which religion he belongs to. Instead if you could have said from where he had come !!!!!

It has been terrorists that Muslims are currently linked to… Now do you want every other harm to the community termed along with “Muslim or Islam”.

Its a pity that you people still don’t understand Islam has been preaching peace. But there are elements in every community including ISLAM to taint it.

    Peace.

    Simply awesome movie !!!!!!!

Nobody will believe this is Charan’s 2nd movie only. His acting is excellent. The dance in first song is great. Charan has a long way to go still but this movie will be among the top not only for charan and rajmouli but for telugu movie industry as well.

The flashback is a great spectacle. The sets were simply great.

I am a fan of Mahesh Babu but I should say I now became a fan of Charan as well.Charan has put in a lot of effort for this movie and one should say it got paid off.

Kajal looked prettier than all of her past movies.

Guys, its a must watch movie. Dont miss it !!!!!!!

Ramcharan needs to work on dialogue and emotions. His first scene where he tries to express his love to a dying heroine was very poorly acted. The typical Chiru fan is wooed into the movie with remixed Chiru songs and Chiru-like dialogues. The battle scenes are a copy of the english movie 300. Graphics quality is cartoonish – A mix of Lord of the Rings and other scenery. I can understand the passion of Chiru fans and how they claim this movie is a superhit, etc… However, Ramcharan has ways to go before he can be at his father’s level. He could start by keeping his mouth shut until he learns better dialogue delivery.

    After a very long time..!!

    Since “MYTH” …!!

Yet another beautiful movie that fantasies “LOVE”..!!

Ramcharan (Harsha /Kalabhaiarava) has done a good job..!! But still, felt like something was missing in his part. Especially
his first scene where he tries to express his love to the dying Yuvarani Mitravinda.., It could have been definitely better.

Kajal (Indu/Yuvarani Mitravinda) was ssssooooo beautiful. After seeing her over exposure in the first song itself, which was more than needed, (in the flash back) When Randheer removes her Chunari.., The reaction she gave was very much odd..!! She could have reduced the “over-exposure” , so that the “divine-love”, Director thought to portray might have got more admiration .

Chemistry between the pair was good. That too, when the “Soul Touch” happens for the first and second time..!!

Sher Khan (Sri Hari) character nicely portrayed friendship.

Senadhipathi Randheer (Dev Gil) was a decent villain. But as usual, he too failed to woo the heroin. I really pity on him.

In Keeravani’s music, I loved the songs, “Naakosam nuvvu jhuttu peekunte….!!!” And “Panchadhara bomma, bomma …!!!”
Senthil Kumar’s cinematography was too good…!!! No comments on that..!

And the stunning fight sequences by Ram Laxman and Peter Heins gave a enjoyable reason for the over budget..!!

But still in some sequences, they proved its definitely not a Hollywood movie..! he he he..!! (for ur mention: Harsha’s first bike stunt, when Harsha ignites the petrol with the spark from his shoes..! too much yaar..! got tears from my eyes..!) These unnecessary scenes could have been removed.

I loved the entire flash back sequence…!! (Even though it was reminding me Gladiator , 300 and Myth in few places)

    Above all,

This movie had made me to take this much effort to write a review on it..!!

    To put in a sentence…!!

Movie was slightly below “Excellent” and well above “Good”

    Rating: 4.7/5
