Burton has been indicted on three charges of sexual assault and another three for improper relationship between an educator and a student. Jennifer Lea Burton was charged because of having repeated sexual relationships with a 15 year old female student. These happened between September 2008 and November 2008.
Jennifer Lea Burton is 39 years old and taught and coached at Orange Field Junior High School.
