Kleen Energy Plant Middletown ct explosion, 2 killed 100 injured
February 7, 2010 – 8:21 pmMiddletown, Feb 7th 2010 – A massive explosion has stunned a power plant in the Middletown, Constitution State. US media news reported that not less than two persons killed and many more hurt in the explosion.
Public living in a couple of miles from the plant told that their houses were trembled by the blast at the Kleen Energy plant, being constructed outside Middletown. Dark smoke witnessed pouring out of the plant site shortly after that.
As per news sources the explosion at Kleen Energy plant had taken place at approximately 11:30 a.m. 100 workers may have been working present while the explosion took place. Choppers were flying with the victims to area hospitals. Most victims were being taken to Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. Officials said there was no more risk to the people near the plant.
